Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
BoisBliss offers Standard Shipping for all orders. Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability:
- Continental US: 5-10 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 10-15 business days
- International: 15-25 business days
Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. Some larger furniture items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product dimensions and weight
- Delivery address
- Number of items in your order
You can view the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery & Inspection
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt:
- Check for any visible damage to packaging
- Inspect all items for defects or damage
- Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery
For furniture items requiring assembly, please ensure all parts are present before beginning assembly.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 US states and select international countries. Some restrictions may apply to:
- Oversized furniture items to remote locations
- Certain international destinations
- PO Box addresses (some items may require street address delivery)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress through our carrier's website.
If you experience any issues with tracking information, please allow 24 hours for the tracking system to update.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us if:
- The address is incorrect or incomplete
- The package is refused by recipient
- Multiple delivery attempts fail
In such cases, we will contact you at the email address provided during checkout to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply) or refund.
